Entry level apartment home maintenanceporter tempe - united states, phoenix
This role is responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the apartment community. making sure the property looks inviting to current and future residents. you will be focused on maintaining and manicuring the overall facility, assisting the service staff with any tasks given. it is important to have a strong attention to detail and be self-motivated.
• inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and cleaning.
• completes assigned minor and routine work orders as requested by service supervisor and/or community manager, assisting in the make-ready home turns entailing, painting, carpet & appliance cleaning, and small repairs.
• reports directly to the maintenance supervisor for all tasks and special projects as well as informing appropriate supervisors of any observed hazards, safety concerns, potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, and all other guests, i.e., door locks
• performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required around property.
