Customer service representative - broker - united kingdom, brentwood, essex

we re looking for people with top-notch customer service skills to join our operations team in brentwood. you will take up a fantastic underwriter role servicing motor & home business through our network of brokers. we re the number one insurer in the uk for personal insurances and will offer you a role which is both challenging and provides you with tremendous opportunities for career progression.

whether you re on the phone or email supporting our brokers with a quotation or an existing policy, we ll look to you to take ownership of the enquiry from start to finish. from underwriting to problem-solving you ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our brokers and our business, playing a vital role in helping people protect what they value.

you ll carry out your initial training from home. following this, we d like you to join us in the office for only a minimum of 2 days a week. you will also receive 26 days holidays, a generous pension scheme, fabulous discounts on insurance products and fantastic hours that include 9.00am - 5.00pm monday to friday, working a total of 35 hours per week with no weekends or bank holidays.

the salary being offered for the role is gbp23,000.
