location: working from their head office based in market harborough.
hours: monday - friday, 8.30am - 5pm
salary: £23,000 - £26,000 + 5% pension, laptop + 25 days holiday.
are you a highly organised, result orientated office administrator seeking an exciting and varied role?
this role is for a well-respected and growing specialist consultancy business that helps businesses prepare innovation grant applications and claim r&d tax incentives.
due to sustained growth, they are now seeking a self-motivated office administrator to support the team and their continued success.
responsibilities include:
- telephone receptionist duties
- completing client due diligence processes
- credit control duties
- adding prospect and client information to the crm system
- progress chasing prospects and client projects
- schedule meetings on behalf of the team
- co-ordinate and make travel arrangements on behalf of employees
- responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
- complete company forms as requested
- other general administration duties as and when requested
skills and experience required:
candidates for the role of office administrator must have at least 3 years' experience gained in an administrative position. you must also possess;
- excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- proficient in word and excel
- be a well-organised self-starter, friendly, efficient and have excellent attention to detail.
