working in a buzzy customer services environment, you will be:

providing exceptional customer service to all customers, taking inbound calls in this busy team

building rapport with all customers

dealing with all customer correspondence, including complaints and issues

making detailed notes and record conversations accurately

dealing with email correspondence

directing calls appropriately within the organisationto be eligible for this fantastic opportunity you will have/be:

previous experience of working in an office based customer services role

warm and friendly with the ability to build relationships
