Customer service representative - fashion jewellery - united kingdom, belvedere, london

this is a full-time position in the office monday to friday - based in belvedere, kent.

since 2008, this company has defined glamour in the world of timeless fashion jewellery and accessories, supplying high street shops, department stores and independent boutiques with their in-house designs that are unique, diverse and of the highest quality.

they are now seeking a creative, hardworking and driven customer service representative to join their company, where you will play a key role in the office not only in delivering customer service and sales support, but also within an administrative capacity.

the role:

- interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person

- verifying customers, placing orders, upselling and offering alternatives to out of stock items

- proving price information, taking payments and keeping records of customer interactions and transactions

- answering any questions and resolving any problems or complaints with customer accounts

- maintaining the customer database

- assisting with ad hoc events

- general office admin

about you:

- customer service experience is essential

- good telephone manner

- strong knowledge of the english language spoken and written

- ability to effectively communicate and work with the team

- good organisational skills and the ability to multitask

- tech savvy - including competency in excel, word and other software

- proactive attitude, be able to take initiative and a key team player.

- motivation and a passion for what you do

preferable:

- experience of working in the jewellery and home accessories industry would be an advantage

- experience in using sage, odoo erp, and shopify ecommerce platform.
