Experienced office administrator (part-time) - united kingdom, hendon, london

we are looking for an experienced part-time office administrator for a community centre based in west hendon (nw4).

this position will be on contract basis and you must be self-employed and have unique taxpayer reference number (utr).

without utr number, your application will not be accepted.

this position will be for 2 days per week (may extend to 3 days on some week depending on workload)

as the successful experienced office administrator, you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

providing general office administration support.
maintaining and updating databases.
assisting with reception duties.
processing incoming/outgoing post.
bookkeeping, invoices
monitoring office supplies and processing orders accordingly.
handling deliveries.
preparing correspondence
minutes taking
marketing and dealing with social media to promote the business

as the successful office administrator, you will have the following skills and experience:

previous experience in an administration role.
confident in dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face with a professional demeanour.
maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
