we are one of the largest costa coffee franchise companies in the uk. we are currently recruiting for a store manager to join one of our popular stores in kilburn, london.

you should have management experience in a coffee shop/restaurant environment. also, you should have great people skills, enjoying working in a team and serving great coffee to our loyal customers.

we will provide full training on the job.

the duties include-

- recruiting, training and developing your team

- staff rotas

-working towards sales and other kpi targets

-passing costa check audits

-passion for great customer service
