adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to operations specialist position.

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location:  pawtucket ave riverside, ri

pay: $22.00/hr

shift:  monday – friday 8:00am -5:00pm

note:  this is in-office, onsite. no other options available.

responsibilities for job include operations specialist but are not limited to:  

support the payee operations team which is part of the corporate accounts payable organization.

focus on operations support for payee set-ups and maintenance.

responsible for the day to day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, including research.

qualifications for this operations specialist job:

knowledge of microsoft office and systems used to support the business (sap, ariba and oracle) understanding of accounts payable operations and processes is preferred.

ability to effectively communicate.

must be able to work independently and in a group setting.
