this opportunity will be offered to an organised individual who is looking to join a fast paced company, the role requires a bright all rounder, with a head for figures, who can work efficiently with a varied workload. a resourceful person who can use their initiative will enjoy this role immensely.
this is a permanent full time position monday to friday 9-5. salary expectation between gbp21k- gbp23k depending on experience
key responsibilities
answering and fielding telephone calls
taking and relaying accurate and detailed messages
email correspondence
working closely with a variety of documents
chasing outstanding documents from customers and external suppliers
data input onto the company system
assisting the business development managers within the commercial division to ensure a smooth customer journey

able to work effectively under pressure
good eye for detail

experience of working in a busy office
knowledge and experience of the finance industry is an advantage
