we are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. working alongside the head chef & kitchen team.
we are a pub & restaurant with six bed and breakfast rooms which has been operational for over a decade. with many awards and reviews under our belt, we remain focussed on producing exceptional food alongside a great wine & beer list and offering thoughtful hospitality.
we make everything in house - from bread to ice cream to pasta and we work with the country's best farmers and day boat fishermen.
as chef de partie, you will be responsible for the delivery of consistent high quality dishes as well as maintaining a clean and tidy section. we value and encourage fresh ideas in the kitchen, and try to keep our menu as creative as possible. the role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop their skills in an award winning kitchen. the role is 7 shifts per week, across 5 days, and we endeavour to line up days off in a row to ensure downtime from the business.
while experience and knowledge are important qualities for the candidate, we value a willingness to learn and positive attitude over everything else.
