Site manager - united kingdom, cobham, surrey

i am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who is a tier 1 contractor that works across the country, and they are currently looking to hire a site manager for a care home project in cobham.

the assisted living complex is in surrey and the client is looking for a site manager to assist with the internals of the project to get it over the line.

qualifications needed:

smstscscs first aidother criteria:

main contracting experience ideally working within assisted living/care home sector residential individuals will also not be overlooked i.e rc frame apartmentssite management experience of projects over £10m in value.if you feel you may be suitable to the role please apply online or give dylan a call in the office.
