i am currently recruiting for a service call handler for an award winning organisation with an office base in ely
key responsibilities
answer incoming telephone service requests professionally and promptly
deal with customer email requests on a timely basis
log service calls and requests for consumables onto computer.
dispatch field service engineers when required providing cover for dispatch.
proactively communicate with customers at all times, ensuring they are kept fully informed of fault resolution progress
administration work on our software systems
process the automatic orders via our software system as and when required
key requirements
a minimum of 2 years' experience within a call centre environment
a passion for delivering excellent customer care
excellent communication skills
excellent computer skills
