Electrical assemblers - 2nd shift - united states, lawrence

adecco staffing is hiring for 2nd shift electrical assemblers in the lawrence ma area! applicants should have at least a year of soldering experience and 2+ years in a manufacturing facility.

hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm

pay: $24+ doe

overtime: available

job description:
 

 the key focus is the following areas within our electronics production line:

  • board level evaluation, repair, and assembly of electronic modules
  • functional testing, failure analysis, and rework of electronic modules
  • programming, labeling, and packaging of electronic modules
  • requirements:

  • high school diploma or ged required
  • must have 2+ years of experience soldering pcbs- through-hole and fine-pitch
  • must pass a soldering test
  • ipc 610 and ipc j standard rework a plus
  • knowledge of esd safe work practices
  • able to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • experience with oracle erp and agile is a plus
  • must be comfortable using a computer.
  • experience using microsoft excel required
  • must have experience with 5s, lean manufacturing
  • experience reading assembly drawings and bom’s
  • detail oriented with good basic math skills
  • willingness to learn and follow directions
  • knowledge of mfg standard 180
  • problem solving electromechanical assembly using various hand tools
  • ability to follow detailed procedures, quality inspection criteria
