Removal porters & drivers - united kingdom, hammersmith, london

we are an established london based removal company looking to recruit additional staff due to a high demand of work.

we are looking for removal porters & drivers who can work on a flexible basis.

for drivers, requirements are 25yrs of age +, with no more than 3 points, for insurance purposes.

you will be working as part of a team being responsible for the safe handling of our customers goods including; packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, dismantling and reassembling of items at times.

experience of working for a removal firm is highly desirable.

transferable skills of working in a warehouse or stock room will also be a great start.

your customer service skills, reliability and presentation will need to be second to none.

this job entails being active for up to 9 hours during busy periods and you will need to be reasonably fit and able to carry (whilst assisted) the majority of house hold goods.

we work with storage companies, estate agents, corporate and retail clients. as well as a huge amount of home and rentals movers which we have built on repeat business. every day in this industry is different keeping your work load interesting, varied and challenging.

we are happy to invest our time in training all enthusiastic and willing individuals who prove to be an asset to our existing team.

you will be required to present yourself in a professional manor at all times.

hourly rates start at £10.00 per hour - £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
