princess alice hospice is one of the top ten adult hospices in the uk, providing specialist palliative care and support to a community of more than a million people living in surrey, south west london and middlesex.
about the role:
you will engage with the public, handle enquiries and keep supporters of the charity informed and inspired. you will also use your creative skills to develop events and activities to build relationships and keep people engaged and updated on how their support makes an imact.we are looking for an empathetic candidate with excellent listening skills. you may have previous experience working in a fundraising environment in relationship management/direct marketing or you may have customer service skills. ideally you will have a working knowledge of databases.you will be pro-active with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. your ability to be authentic and work with a personal touch will be the key to your success. this role is full or part time, offering flexibility and hybrid working.
