location: didcot and the surrounding areas

about the role
as a community care assistant, you ll be ensuring that the home is kept clean, safe and comfortable for our service user, visitors and outside health agencies, by providing thorough housekeeping duties throughout the home. we also help our service users with shopping and you may have to attend the supermarket with them to assist with their needs.
about you
you don t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, what s important is you are passionate and motivated and you want to help in your community. if you want job satisfaction and a job where every day is different, our community care assistant role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
previous experience in a community care role is desirable but not essential
a positive & professional team working ethos aligned to our company values
a good understanding of the importance of excellent infection control and the ability to work to a high standard, managing multiple tasks.
