we are looking for sous chef to assit in leading the kitchen team at the rockmount. located on guernsey's west coast, on the beautiful cobo bay, the rockmount is an established pub and restaurant well loved by both locals and tourists. famous for its sunsets, cobo bay is the place to be in the evenings.

responsibilities include:

*assisting the head chef with running the busy and fast paced kitchen

*leading a team of up to seven chefs and three kitchen porters

*working with the head chef and executive chef in creating and developing the menus

*stock control and hitting gps
