we are currently looking to recruit a guest services / duty manager for this luxury property.as guest services manager you will be a friendly, well organised, guest service focused individual.
you must have a five star smile! and a warm welcoming and approachable personality. you will be key to the hotels guest service experience. you will complete duty management shifts with an emphasis on guest care & interaction to ensure total guest enjoyment from the time a guest enters the hotel and spa to the time they pay their bill and leave.

a luxury 4aa red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a michelin star the other 2aa rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.
