our client is a luxury 4 star hotel in surrey. we are on the hunt for a driven, experienced, executive head chef to take the reigns in the hotels michelin starred restaurant to continue the legacy set by its predecessors. as executive head chef you will have your own dedicated team of 4 chefs. their entire focus is on creating memorable award-winning dishes, that amaze and delight the hotels guests.

a luxury 4aa red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a michelin star , 4 aa rosettes the other 2aa rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.

the successful executive head chef will have the following:
