Industrial sales representative - united states, knoxville
adecco has partnered with a specialty distributor to find an industrial sales representative to join their team in knoxville, tn. as a member of the inside sales team, you will provide direct support to customers on products, orders, quotes, and applications.
essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
provide pricing, order status, order revisions, tracking information, and technical support.
process quotes and orders for customers, purchase orders to vendors.
provide technical support for industrial products such as, but not limited to:
valves, cylinders and actuators, process gauges
industrial thermometers
robotic accessories
safety sensors and controls
industrial process filtration products
other projects and responsibilities assigned by management
general knowledge requirements:
demonstrate knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical processes
exhibit understanding of industrial process facilities
proficiency using computers, email, and phone applications
education & experience:
industrial/manufacturing background
previous sales or technical support experience (manufacturing or industrial distribution environment a plus).
hs degree required, bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in related field preferred.
