female* personal care assistant required to work in south kensington monday - friday 10am to 7pm (one hour lunch from 1.30pm-2.30pm) £24,960 (overtime available/part-time considered) personal assistants (pas) carry out day-to-day tasks in order for the disabled person to do personal, domestic, educational and social activities both at home and in the community. you do not need to by physcially strong to carry out the job and training will be provided. however, good health is important. the main task will include:

personal care: bathing, going to the loo, feeding and drinking domestic chores: shopping, housework, cooking administration: telephone calls, sending emails, taking notes social/leisure activities: visiting friends, swimming, artwork

this list is not exhaustive but just an idea as to what a pa is required to do.

you need:

open-minded a non-smoker or willing not to smoke at work good with both written and spoken english fit and active have an interest in art

the pa user is a disabled artist who during lockdown became very socially isolated. she is looking to forward to getting back to living and taking up her art practice again, as well as the many activities that she enjoyed prior to the pandemic
