Customer service adviser - united kingdom, waltham abbey, essex
we are looking to recruit a hardworking and conscientious individual to join our company to assist our office team with the daily running of our business.
the ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks.
responsibilities
answer the telephone and be the first point of contact for our clients
handle and coordinate active calendars
schedule and confirm meetings
ensure file organisation based on office protocol
respond to emails and enquiries
liaise with our site teams
provide ad hoc support around office as needed
maintaining our software systems and spreadsheets as required
qualifications
bachelor's degree is desirable
strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask
proficient in microsoft office suite
desirable
knowledge of/background in related sector
customer service experience
working hours are mon-fri 8.00am-6.00pm with the odd saturday
salary is dependent on experience and what you can bring to the team!

salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
