Live-in housekeeper in west sussex - united kingdom, petworth, west sussex
our private clients are currently seeking an organised, experienced and friendly housekeeper to work in their beautiful second home in the heart of west sussex.
working alongside a live out gardener, you will maintain the property to a high standard at all times and be happy to work full time 5 days per week including weekends.
the principals are in residence thursday to monday each week.
the couple have grandchildren who visit so you must be child friendly and have a flexible attitude and previous experience of working in the countryside.
duties will include: (but not limited to)
general housekeeping laundry care of fine finishes and expensive clothes shopping and errands help in the kitchen as required occasional cooking and driving
working days/hours: 8.30am – 5pm (flexible) 5 days per week including weekends. monday/tuesday or tuesday/wednesdays off.
accommodation: fully furnished studio, including all services (utilities, wifi etc) provided. car also provided and pets and partners welcome.
salary: up to £45k gross depending on skills and experience
to start: asap
unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
