we are currently looking to recruit an experienced assistant manager to join the team at this modern take on a traditional british pub, opening near windsor.

as assistant restaurant manager you will support the management team across all areas to deliver impeccable service through a warm and friendly approach to guests, supporting junior team members.

the place

our client is a new opening within an established restaurant group. this site is located on the outskirts of the windsor and will offer a tasting menu, private dining and bedrooms. the pub will offer a relaxed space with fantastic food and drink, focusing on sustainability and local suppliers. the custom designed vegetable garden will be utilised to its full extent within the constantly changing menu.

the successful assistant restaurant manager will have the following:
