it's a really buoyant market right now with opportunities coming from all over the place. one of my premiere clients my have approached me this morning and requested for x2 senior site managers for their commercial project based in central london.
my client are a leading tier 1 main contractor who are well established and respected in the industry. typically they specialise on new build, extensions and refurbishments commercial space in central london. they also delve into the new build education projects again all over london so there is a real widespread of future work for the right candidate.
the project itself is a £45m extension/refurbishment of an existing 8 storey office space. the project includes structural alterations, soft strip out, demolition and refurbishments so ideally you will have experience in those elements.
