Shift lead - united states, greenville (mississippi)

adecco is hiring immediately for a shift lead with a local client in olive branch, ms. the shift lead performs essential duties with pay starting at $21.75/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will provide both direction and encouragement for a team of material handlers working in a fast-paced environment. as a lead, safety and cleanliness will be primary focal points for the well-being of your team members and to create a show case facility. you will be a key element in the success of meeting hourly deadlines, developing associates and you will be held accountable for your team’s production goals.

 

requirements:

high school diploma or ged equivalent

college credits preferred

a minimum of 3 years of supervisor/lead experience

strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels in both oral and written form

experience with rf scanners

proficient with microsoft office (word, excel and outlook)
