specialist affordable & social housing consultancy based in borehamwood are seeking a property manager to join them due to continued growth. the property manager would be looking after a residential portfolio, focusing specifically on block management, management administration, tenancy relationships, maintenance coordination and client management focusing in london and the home counties. the pm will be working directly with an experienced sector specialists.
it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be a recent graduate or close to graduating in real estate, property or building surveying and will be seeking a long term role within property management. alternatively, candidates with some property management experience will be considered.
