Accounts receivable rep - united states, santa clara

adecco staffing is sourcing an experienced accounts receivable representative near santa clara, california for an on-site assignment.

responsibilities include:

enter orders into erp system

check ordered quantity and price against matching quotes

monitor, review and manage open orders from order entry to shipment and billing to collection

review and triage other incoming emails in the order queue

generate and send invoices and weekly statements to customers and sales reps

resolve billing discrepancies

 

requirements & qualifications:

high school diploma

associate degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of relevant experience in order management, billing, operations

excellent oral and written communication skills

attention to detail

experience with automated accounting systems – preferred

ms excel, and knowledge of salesforce is a plus

 

schedule:

monday through friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

pay:

$30.00 per hour
