our client connects employees, operations, and guests on a reliable, easy-to-use platform for restaurants and the hospitality market. they provide cloud-based software and restaurant-grade hardware that acts as a point of sale and payment processing device. they are empowering the restaurant community to provide best-in-class service to their customers.

responsibilities:

this is not your traditional warehouse environment! you will work on customer accounts, getting software and hardware configured to their specific needs, and then prepare the inventory to be sent out. it can take months for a new customer account to go live, which makes this like a project-based service that you get to help cultivate and launch.

as an operations representative, you will handle products within the configuration center to ensure accurate processing of merchandise to customers, prepare orders, run diagnostics, track data using google suite, and package everything for shipment. along the way, you’ll want to keep an eye out for any defects or issues that need to be resolved.

pay and schedule:

$19.00/hour

monday – friday or tuesday - saturday

8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. schedule can be flexible upon discussion

 

requirements:

ability to lift up to 40 pounds

comfortable with computers

good knowledge of word and google suite

 

desired skills:

previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or manufacturing operations

proficiency with electric drills and manual tools is helpful
