Part-time housekeeper / cook for executive couple - united kingdom, holborn, london

we are looking for a part-time housekeeper and cook to support a busy executive couple in holborn (and their 2-year-old dog!). they live in a spacious two-bedroom flat, and love relaxing in a tidy, calm home.

hours can be flexible; however, the ideal candidate would be available four to five weekdays, between 20 to 30 hours per week. salary is negotiable, based on experience and schedule. the expected salary range is between £17 - £22 per hour, depending on the breadth of the role.

we are looking for someone to:

handle all housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, tidying and organising, changing bed linen, laundry & ironing
prepare up to five meals during the week that incorporate dietary restrictions
handle weekly grocery shopping and keeping the refrigerator clean
stock & maintain kitchen, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
receive and unpack deliveries
support travel, including packing and unpacking suitcases
prepare and turnover guest room when required
coordinate dry cleaning, wardrobe care, and simple clothing repairs
handle occasional dog feeding and exercising (the dog typically goes to the office, but it would be helpful to leave her at home periodically)
manage plant care and replace water in vases
option for additional dog / house sitting duties when the couple is away (for extra pay)

the perfect person:

takes pride in their work; someone who is proactive and optimistic
is collaborative with great communication skills
has experience with dogs (either their own pets or with former clients)
loves creating and maintaining organisation methods and systems
has proven experience in similar roles, can provide references, and pass an enhanced dbs check
