predominately, you will be working at one of our client's sites, reporting to the site supervisor, with the expectation to occasionally attend their sister site - just two miles away - as and when required, expenses will be paid.

the average working week will be 42 hours, rotating 4 on, 4 off days, nights & weekends (including weekends and bank holidays).

there will be opportunities for overtime.

how you will make an impact as a securitas security officer:

prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and cctv.patrolling.provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring the safeguarding of the premises.ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.display an outstanding level of customer service.bi-weekly fire & in evacuationsweekly search traininggatehouse dutiesundertake any other duties as requested by management.essential skillsright to work in the uk sia licence (preferably)able to work independently as well as part of a teampunctual and reliableexcellent communication skills and a strong customer focususeful for you to know:

successful applicants will be vetted in line with the industry standard bs7858. a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period will be required along with a postal document as proof of address and an additional id document.
