our client:

a regional social housing contractor has a new opportunity for a tenant liaison officer to join their team based in the skegness area. their portfolio of work spans across internal, external, and environmental upgrades to tenanted and void properties. they work closely with a number of local authorities, housing associations and rsl.

the role:

as a tenant liaison officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

daily duties/key responsibilities:

pre entry visits and company inductionscollect tenancy agreement/approval formsvisiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried outact as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may havecontacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with themattending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried outmonitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issuesmonitor customer satisfactionexperience required:

to qualify for the role, you will ideally have experience working in the social housing sector in a similar role dealing with tenants on a daily basis. you must also have a full driving license along with your own transport.a cscs card would also be essential.what is on offer
