adecco is assisting a local client recruit for an experienced program manager in hartford, ct.

job responsibilities:

develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.

serve as the key point of accountability for cme efforts of moderately complex initiatives within infrastructure and cloud services (ics)

collaborate with a matrixed project team, change leads (called business liaisons) and infrastructure leaders to identify impacted stakeholders and communities and assess the change impact and readiness needs.

design, develop and execute on change strategies and plans that include but are not limited to: impact analysis, stakeholder and community analysis, communication plan, engagement strategy, training plan and sustainment plan for moderately complex infrastructure change initiatives.

support stakeholder and people leader outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, management

experience and qualifications:

4 year degree

must have project management experience

needs to be collaborative and have great documentation skills
