Sales and leadership trainee - united states, berlin
we partnered with a company helping to shape advances in plumbing in the service industry for more than 150 years. my client is looking for candidates to join the sales and leadership development program and pursue a long-term career in sales, operations or management. they will invest in a candidate’s future by providing a multi-year development program that exposes them to all aspects of our business.
during the rotational program, trainees are given guidance from their mentors and managers in all aspects of the business including warehouse procedures, operations, counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. learning occurs primarily through on-the-job experience, and is supplemented with coaching from experienced managers, book and computer courses, and visits with customers and vendors.
this position consists of 4 phases during an approximate period of 6 to 9 months: phase 1: operations phase 2: counter sales phase 3: inside salesphase 4: project and career discussion
