bocca di lupo is an award-winning italian restaurant in the heart of soho, famous for its stripped-down, honest regional italian cuisine. despite the buzzy feel and glamorous surroundings, we are a family business, a small and humble trattoria at… heart.

we are currently paying a £2000 new starter bonus, paid at the successful completion of the probation period.

the role

we’re looking for an experienced waiter/waitress who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant, the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with great hospitality.

responsibilities

greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
performing shift duties

successful candidate should have/be:

be passionate about italian food - prior knowledge is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is
have experience in a busy high-end restaurant - though we can also take people who'd like their first start in the industry. experience is good, a good attitude is better
be friendly, hardworking & reliable
