job description:

configure and support laptops and desktops for the offices

deploy cisco ip phone handsets as required by the business

clear understanding of windows 10 environment

experience with o365 and troubleshooting issues

maintain user ad/o365 accounts (adds and delete user account, object creation, and maintenance)

maintain and support wireless devices including corporate and personal cell phones (android and ios) and ipads

requirements:

solid technical background in a broad range of microsoft-based it discipline and user support

solid understanding of computers systems and software applications

bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience working in the field
