duration: potentially temp-to-hire based on performance + attendance.

please note: this role is allowed to sit anywhere in the us minus the following states:  ak, az, ca, hi, or, vt, wa, wy.

job overview:

accept inbound calls from customers and completing their requests promptly.

research inquiries/concerns to support callers in finding resolutions.

actively listening to the needs of customers and asking the right questions.

showcase an eagerness to understand the current challenges from the customer’s perspective.

possess the ability to focus accurately on the details and enter data into customer files.

 

qualifications:

must have a high school diploma or ged plus one (1) year of call center experience.

excellent verbal, written and listening skills required.

ability to change direction quickly and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.

commitment to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.

ability to think outside of the box to resolve problems.

ability to multi-task using technology to include: call handling, account reviews and call documentation.

strong and accurate data entry skills.
