we are currently looking for a business development and administrative assisstant (m/f/x) to join our uk based team from our office in scunthorpe in full time. if you re an individual with an outgoing personality, qualifications, talents and desires, then we should get to know each other better. we are not like any other company, as we offer exciting jobs, opportunities and look to help you develop further in an easy going work environment.
your responsibilities
support sales representatives in maintaining customer relationships and developing business throughout the united kingdom
prepare quotations and order confirmations for our customers in collaboration with team based at headquarters in germany
internal coordination of orders within the company
record, manage and arrange customer service orders
general administrative activities
your skills
commercial business knowledge in modular building or plant and construction preferably
clear and effective communication with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
resourceful problem solving
microsoft and general tech savvy, ms dynamics nav and/or sap desirable as we are implementing this erp programme promptly
what you can expect from us

extensive training on a voluntary basis (up to 6 weeks) in our headquarters in haren (ems), germany where you get the chance to better know your colleagues and the daily operations of the companies within the ela container group (however, it is not a recruitment criterion, but we will be happy to work with you to tailor this offer to your individual family life situation)
