adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an office administrator in grand rapids mi. this is a temp-to-hire opportunity. as an administrative assistant you will be responsible all accounts receivables, customer deposits, front office answering phones and greeting clients.
essential duties and requirements of the job:
responsible for actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives of the facility.
verify recordkeeping records and consult with managers and/or employees concerning discrepancies.
assist and support other staff members within the hr and accounting department as needed.
must maintain general housekeeping and an orderly work area.
monthly sales report
responsible for all other procedures and instructions as required by the job function.
must adhere to all safety and environmental policies.
all other reasonable duties assigned by the director of accounting, the cfo, or any member of manager.
knowledge, skills and abilities required:
requires the ability to read & write.
must be able to type using a personal computer, creating forms, and spreadsheets
knowledge of general office equipment such as copier, fax, calculator, etc
capable of working well with co-workers of different cultural backgrounds.
high school diploma or ged required; associate degree preferred.
