looking for your next adventure? we are looking for an experienced instructor as an eligibility specialist trainer!

in this role, you will be performing an array of duties such as:

provide knowledge on child care program rules, policies and procedures
• coordinate individual instruction in an orderly and professional manner at all times
• provide child care new hire training with expectations and overview for the child care project
• create/update child care services training, job aids and standard operating procedures
• identify trends from external/ internal monitoring and reviews
• assist with input and feedback for updates and enhancements
• document and track all staff trainings
• communicate regularly with all staff to disseminate timely information
• other duties as assigned

requirements:

bachelor's degree (preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience)

minimum of two years of workforce development experience 
• quality assurance experience
• strong comprehension, verbal communication, customer service and team building skills
• experience training and instructing in a group setting

job details:

weekly pay

monday-friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
