as a content operational excellence program manager associate, you identify business needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities, develop workflow-based solutions and set the strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency.

 

overall responsibilities:

drive team-level improvements to business processes and operations. identify business needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities and develop workflow-based solutions. partner with xfn teams to shape and execute against operational goals. analyze patterns, find insights, and use keen operational sensibility to continually improve processes and operations. integrate feedback from a number of stakeholders and varying perspectives to create cohesive, business-ready operational processes.

 

you will drive cross functional initiatives, working with analysts, tool development, and vendor management to drive operational impact expectations for each workstream.

 

top daily responsibilities:

  • ba/bs degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in scaled or high-volume content production / management and / or service operations. (looking for candidates that have experience in operations optimization, venomization, process improvement or development)
  • proven ability to manage projects at scale simultaneously, equipping and delegating to team members, with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
  • ability to influence others with written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
  • strong team player with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-changing environment
  • experience building workflows (working with lucid chart, visio, or similar programs etc.)
  • desired

  • experience with basic web development projects (html) or content management systems (cms)
  • experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process
  • google workspace (sheets, docs. etc)
