responsibilities for warehouse associates jobs include:
responsibilities
•the shipping team member is responsible the safe and accurate handling of in-bound and outbound shipments, working to meet all internal and external requirements
•assists drivers, both internal and external, by loading product onto outbound shipments in a safe manner
•receives and organizes all in-coming/out-going product within the allotted spaces
•works with drivers to load/unload product in a timely manner
•accurately pulls orders for customer delivery
•efficiently loads orders onto delivery trucks in a manner that utilizes all possible space, while also meeting both customer and safety requirements
•communicates all quality concerns to the quality team immediately regarding all finished and incoming goods
•embodies a sense of urgency and forethought in their movements, taking pride in their work
•utilizes fifo process when pulling finished goods from the supermarket
•pulls product following transfer orders
•assists on special projects and works in the warehouse as needed
•contributes to plant-wide safety
•other duties as assigned
