with a collaborative approach, you will quickly build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver professional advice, guidance and proactive hr support to managers and staff.
you will report directly to the director of human resources and organisational development and support them with the development and implementation of strategic and transformational change programmes.
based on site at their campus in street, somerset, you will work closely with the well-established hr team on developing new and innovative ways of working and provide the team with day-to-day supervision and guidance.
you will preferably be qualified to a minimum of cipd level 5 and must have demonstrable current or recent experience in a similar role.
please note that this is a fixed term contract for 2 years
