my client is one the uk's leading providers of construction planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties nationwide. they are looking to recruit an experienced & reliable domestic groundworker for their project in skelmersdale.

the role

you will be working in domestic gardens completing general domestic garden repairs & maintenance.

duties

patch brickwork/repairing walls/re-pointing

fencing repairs/replacements

re-laying slabs/flagging

repairing concrete paths

timber gate repairs

patch render works

general domestic groundworks

requirements

you must have previous experience of completing domestic groundworks on a social housing project

you must have your tools & a driving licence as a van will be provided

you must be able to provide a contact for us to obtain a working reference
