affinity artisan is looking for office administrator to join our team in the joinery factory located in harlow.

responsibilities
coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
manage agendas/ appointments etc. for the upper management
manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
downloading and formally recording documents to company servers/systems
printing, copying and scanning
maintain up to date records of all information and ensure they are available to the team
support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
assist colleagues whenever necessary
requirements and skills
experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role will be an advantage
good communication and interpersonal abilities
excellent organizational skills
familiarity with office management procedures
have a can-do attitude
have a very good command of english and be able to communicate in polish language
ability to work on your own as well as in a team
excellent knowledge of ms office and office management software (erp etc.)
