the client

our client is a reputable maintenance contractor working with some of the leading housing associations in the country. due to working on an increased number of properties, they are looking to recruit multi skilled trades covering the skelmersdale region.

the role:

you will be working on the day to day repairs and maintenance stream carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs in domestic properties as they are called in by the tenants.

duties

all aspects of maintenance works

joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling etc.

lock changes, repair work

tickets / qualifications & experience required

current valid cscs card, company van supplied

must have previous experience of working on maintenance contracts

you must be able to complete a range of tasks such as joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting etc.

you must also be able to provide a contactable reference and proof of your eligibility to work in the uk.
