protected trust services (pts) are currently recruiting a support operative to join us at our bournemouth offices.
pts are a company that specialise in consumer protection in the travel industry, we operate using a bespoke it system allowing our members to meet their legal obligations to run their travel businesses.
reporting directly to the cto your responsibilities will include:
- testing system developments
- 1st line support for it related issues
- learn and understand the business' current and future it requirements
- liaise we employees and system developers via email, telephone, issue reporting system using microsoft teams and google meetings.
essentials
- a high level of written and fluently spoken english.
- a good level of it knowledge including microsoft outlook, word and excel.
- a natural understanding of it and system infrastructure for problem solving and solution proposals.
- the ability to work alone and make decisions when required.
