our client, a well-established care home, is seeking a carer to look after elderly residents many with dementia.

about the role

the key duties will include:

getting to know the staff and residents, including their needs and medical condition. to be part of the team sharing the workload. liaise with health professionals and relatives. keeping care plans up to date

carer requirements:

previous experience preferred. you will have good interpersonal skills, helpful and caring. nvq & meds training an advantage. good presentation and report writing skills able to build relationships, understanding and evaluating complex situations and solving any problems. an empathetic, and understanding nature as well as a good listener
