purpose of post;
working on the hullabaloo soft play desk you will work as a part of the wider sherriff centre team, welcoming customers and delivering an excellent customer experience.
main tasks;
welcoming and greeting customers and children to hullabaloo managing the booking system for soft play entry, parties and reservations diary management and events booking replying to emails, other related admin and answering phone calls performing opening and closing checks of hullabaloo assisting with the day-to-day running of the sherriff centre supporting the sanctuary café and free food store project
who would this role suit?;
for this role a positive attitude, friendly character and great customer service skills are more important than specific experience, as full on the job training is provided. it would suit someone who loves working with people and can multi-task well. we are happy to consider two part-time applications for this role.
