our fast moving modern manufacturing facility is busier than ever and that growth is set for the long term. so far, so positive, but it means we need an additional production manager playing the vital role in ensuring that day to day operations of the lines run efficiently, and that the collaborative team meets our company targets and we maximise operational effectiveness.
your key responsibilities are to:
- effectively manage the teams and contribute to shift and plant level success.
- responsible for ensuring good team engagement and maintaining their morale.
- comply in all ways with safe practices and systems of work.
- help develop the skills within the team, but also aim to develop your own expertise in the role in all ways possible, whether technically or in people management.
